So I must be doing something right this month. I have lost 10 pounds in two weeks. I havent worked out since my back went out. But I am almost a week of pain free and thats when my doctor said I could start working out.
Today I cooked 3 recipes out of the biggest looser cookbook. They were good. Even the tilapia and I have never had that before.
10 more pounds and I am below 200. I havent been below 200 since I had Krymson.
