I lost 40 pounds in 4 months in 2006. In 2007 I maintained. I want to drop the last 40 pounds but I just can't seem to get with it. It was so easy when I lost the first 40. What happened to cause me to get off track. I knew I had another 40 to go. Today I went to a new market. Its called Fresh and Easy. They had a lot of organic food. I bought a lot of fresh veggies and fruit. I divided the stuff up into snack bags, so when I want a quick snack I can grab a pre measured bag real quick and make a healthy choice. Hopefully that works. Ive been sick with bronchitis for 2 weeks now. I know that is why I havent worked out. I am still exhausted. In fact today I took a 3 hour nap.  I just want my energy back so I can start working out again. I also quick smoking about 10 days ago and of course I am using food as a substitute. Thats why it was important for me to go buy healthy stuff. Since I am eating more.

The best way to lose weight is to eat six times a day instead of the "normal" three times. Have a small breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, evening snack. That is the best way to boost your metabolism and burn the most. Exercise just increases it even more.

I know exactly what I need to do, I just cant find the motivation to do it! Thanks for your help.
